Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius will host a roundtable discussion on health care at the White House Thursday as the Obama administration steps up its efforts to promote the landmark legislation the president signed last year — and AOL will be there, streaming the conference live and asking questions submitted by users.
